At Belmont Primary School we welcome all children of every race, creed, colour, learning difficulty or impediment.
We aim to ensure that all pupils have full access to the premises, curriculum and related resources and we will make every effort to provide children with the support that they require. We have high expectations of all pupils and we are aware that in order to achieve this, we need to set suitable learning challenges, respond to pupils’ diverse needs and overcome any potential barriers to learning and assessment for individuals and groups.
The school has a caring ethos and children with disabilities (and their parents/carers) will feel welcome and valued within the school community and take part in the full range of activities.
